〔記者邱俊福／台北報導〕「奕智博數位娛樂開發股份有限公司」涉嫌經營3家線上實發體育博弈實發體育平台，並提供中國人頭帳户給予各線上實發體育博弈不法集團使用，且協助洗錢抽傭，刑事局偵七大隊第三隊經長期蒐證，7月9日宣佈將公司代理執行長潘玉玲與公司幹部、客服等17人送辦，而從查扣的帳冊清查，上月短短8天協助各線上實發體育博弈洗錢近50億元，令人咋舌，檢警將約談目前在帕勞的莊姓負責人，以及持續擴大偵辦。

警方調查，該公司營運期間，多次遭檢警搜索數次，卻因打着從事線上博弈實發體育平台客服，又不實際從事運營及經手賭資，藉以避開相關刑責。

這次警方掃蕩其藏身在外專門負責收支各大線上博弈實發體育平台賭資水房，以及實際經營「迎晉、星宇、人馬座」等3家線上博弈平台的部門，並發現該公司協助各大線上博弈平台洗錢，從中抽傭百分之1到1.6，依洗錢與賭博罪嫌將涉案的公司人員等16人逮捕，警方並經借提另案遭台南地檢署羈押的潘女偵訊，她堅稱公司僅是合法從事線上博弈產業的代工，包括客服、軟件與推廣等，否認不法，隨即還押。而其餘公司人員在檢方複訊後諭令5萬元至10萬元交保候傳。

警方表示，今年1月間，接獲有不法集團專辦中國人頭帳户情資，經查發現該集團專門招募不特定人前往中國的銀行開立金融帳户，並將帳户供予非法線上博弈業者洗錢使用。調查過程查知，該批中國人頭帳户全數集中於北市內湖區瑞光路某科技大樓內使用，研判該處為大型洗錢水房據點。

上月8日兵分多路在基隆市暖暖區、北市內湖區等多處據點搜索，並查扣電腦、流動電話、中國門號SIM卡、門號申請書、大陸銀行U盾、銀聯卡等大批洗錢水房贓證物，逮捕水房幹部及成員。經深入調查，洗錢水房成員皆為「奕智博數位娛樂開發公司」旗下員工，故之後再前往新北市汐止區的總公司搜索，查獲自身經營的3家線上博弈平台，又查扣電腦、流動電話、銀聯帳户等證物，再逮捕涉案公司幹部；本月2日借提潘女，以及通知總經理林男、財務經理林男及幹部陳男等到案説明，依法究辦。
