Once you repay mortgage in full, including interest, you receive your property back. Should not repay the loan within time set forth in the terms, the collateral then becomes the home of the pawn repair shop. If you cannot repay the loan, you may surrender your loaned item as payment in full or go for a loan extension or renewal.
